As Change Management Consultant, Marketing-Communications Strategist and Mentor and Coach, Lynda Gibson, is an accomplished and Prosci accredited Change Management professional with over 18 years business and consulting experience, spanning communications, change, training and mentoring disciplines, in organizations such as BHP Billiton, Anglo Platinum and Liberty.

As Change Management and Communications specialist, Lynda has also assisted in mentoring and developing several careers. She has furthermore served as the Head of Media, Boston Media House and as such has run, managed, researched, developed and trained various business and media discipline courses for optimised theoretical and practical integration and application. She has also been editor of Intelligence: Business 2.0 – a thought-leadership SME sector business title.
